Q: Are Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories 100% on line store?
A:
No, we are not just an on line store we have a retail outlet situated in Hills Area on the Sydney, if you would rather purchase on line and pick up from the store that's also fine with us, or shop directly face to face our store is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Q: Does Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories have a licensed workshop and can you fit the accessories and parts I buy?

Yes, Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories have a fully equipped licensed workshop with trained technicians waiting to get their hands on your pride and joy, from tyre changes, pink slips, routine servicing and repairs to complete motorcycle restorations, we also bead blast, metal polish and metal fabrication in house, our motto is "if we can't fix it, it ain't broke!". We also fit a lot of accessories purchased from our store absolutely FREE while you wait, Call us to find out how this works, some terms and conditions apply.


Q: Is every product on www.brookys.com.au in stock all the time?
A:
Although we endeavour to keep a well stocked product line, on occasions when you¡¯re as big and busy as Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories we do run out of some products without warning and require ordering, if this happens we will notify you as soon as possible and discuss time frames and other options. If you'd like to confirm the availability of an item before placing your order or planning to visit our store, you can contact our Sales Team on (02) 9680-3002, or send us an email via our Contact Us page.


Q: What if I buy an item and it doesn't fit or it's damaged?
A:
We offer a full 30 day refund for faulty goods and exchange for all others, PLEASE be aware in order to do this we need the products to have all tags attached and in its original packaging with the original invoice and proof of purchase.


Q: What's the postage cost for return and exchange items?
A:
If the item is faulty due to manufactures faults Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories will cover postage costs, All faulty products will be examined by Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories to determine the fault, final decision of the fault is up to Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories to determine, if you have changed your mind or you have purchased an incorrect size etc the buyer is responsible for all postage costs.


Q: If I have a problem and need to return, what's the process?

You must contact us via email or phone and Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories will allocate you a return authority number which must be included on your return goods, sending goods back without this number we are un able to accept the delivery.


Q: Are all prices on www.brookys.com.au in AUS dollars?

All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) GST inclusive, All of the prices, contents and specifications are correct as to the best of our knowledge and are subject to change without notice, Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories take no responsibility for any errors with our listings, part numbers, specifications, model applications or images so if you are un sure please contact us on (02) 9939-8128 before you purchase, Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories reserves the right to change specifications, product descriptions, pricing and applications at any time without further notice.


Q: How much does postage cost & do you combine postage?

BBrooky's Motorcycle Accessories offer you a flat rate for postage for just $10 Australia wide if you choose to pay by BANK DEPOSIT for all orders 3kgs or under, all other payment methods will be calculated accordingly and you will be notified at check out. We also offer combined postage on multiple items.


Q: How do you post my item?
A:
Orders are shipped via Fastway courier service or Australia Post e-Parcel and require signature on delivery, Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories reserves the right to determine what method of postage will be used. Delivery times for these items can vary depending on your location, so feel free to contact us if you would like an estimate time.


Q: Do you accept International Orders?
A:
Unfortunately we are unable to ship overseas.
